  1. Your system registers the course

    When a participant completes, your learning platform, HR system or membership platform already knows.

  2. The details are sent to Beviset

    The system sends recipient and course through API v1. Beviset creates the certificate with ID, verification link and QR code.

  3. The recipient has a certificate they can use

    The certificate can be downloaded, shared and verified, without anyone on your team making it by hand.

What the API does today

API v1 covers issuing, lookup, lists, revocation and reactivation. All paid plans have access to the API.

Questions about integration

Do we need to be technical to use Beviset?

No. You can issue certificates directly in the admin without writing code. You can use the API if you want a learning platform, an HR system or another system to issue certificates automatically. It is included in every paid plan.

How does the integration work?

Can we issue many certificates at once?

Through the API, your system can issue certificates automatically as participants complete. Bulk issuing from a CSV file in the admin is in development and is not part of the product yet.

Does Beviset send emails to recipients?

Email delivery with your own text and branding, delivery status and retries is in development. Until then, you can share the link to the certificate yourself or let your own system send it.
